Description

The Albergo dell'Agenzia is the idea of Slow Food and is the ideal place for those who wish to enjoy the pleasures of the palate in an unusual but decidedly pleasant location. It is located within the complex, which is home to the University of Gastronomic Sciences and the Wine Bank, and is the result of the restoration of the historic neo-Gothic buildings of King Carlo Alberto's Pollenzo Agency. It has a restaurant, bar, summer swimming pool, private garage, meeting rooms for up to 200 people, all in a two-hectare park.
