Some facilities have the beach included in the price and are open at the manager's discretion, generally from the beginning of June to mid-September weather permitting (the presence of the lifeguard and equipment is guaranteed from 15/06 to 15/09). Others have an agreement, i.e. special prices, specified in the description of beach services, with booking and payment on the spot. In all cases (unless otherwise specified in each individual description) entry, use of the communal cabin, one beach umbrella and one or two deckchairs (not first rows) per room are considered.
Our dogs do not have access to public or private beaches, but in many places there are one or more equipped beaches where they are allowed to enter (normally for a fee).
Most hotels and residences accept our friends (usually a maximum of one, more animals on request), sometimes free of charge, sometimes for a fee (must be indicated when booking); in none of the structures animals are allowed in the communal areas (restaurant, swimming pool, children's playground, etc.). Even if paid, they are not entitled to meals and must not cause a nuisance. ATTENTION: compulsory rabies certificate.
The star classification of hotels and residences is assigned by the competent bodies of the provincial and regional administration, based on the presence or absence of certain mandatory minimum criteria, and not on the quality level of the complex, so we cannot guarantee that the stars always correspond to the quality standards. Furthermore, the photos we publish of the rooms and flats are for information purposes only.
Rooms are generally available from 14 p.m. to 3 p.m. (each hotel has its own guidelines) and departures are usually between 9 a.m. and 12 a.m. In any case, to avoid problems, please inform yourself at reception on arrival. When children are 100 per cent free of charge with half or full board, this means that the meals on the menu are included; for any changes or additions, the management may charge a supplement.
Beware, some hotels do not accept reservations when the child sleeps in the bed with the parents, so ask for information when booking. Both half-board and full-board do NOT include drinks (unless otherwise specified) and no unused meals are refunded. In low season or when there are only a few guests, it may happen that where a buffet is provided, this service is changed. Sea-side rooms are normally south-facing but may not have a sea view.
Arrivals are normally always on Saturdays (in low season where specified midweek stays are also possible) generally between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. (unless otherwise indicated) and departures on Saturdays before 10 a.m. (unless otherwise indicated). The description of each individual residence specifies the included services and the optional or compulsory paid services.
ATTENTION: the number of persons indicated is the maximum number of persons allowed for legal purposes of public safety; children, even if just born, are counted as adults. If at the time of booking or on arrival the number of occupants is less than the accommodation capacity of the apartment, no refund is due to the client. Newly born are counted as person. Overnight stays of persons, including family members, not included in the number of persons booked are not permitted.
The proposed itineraries are individual and to be undertaken with one's own means of transport. They may be subject to variations due to bad weather and depending on the closing days of the restaurants and wine cellars in the programme.
Prices are subject to change without notice due to new regulations, taxes, during events, conferences or exhibitions. Tourist tax is not included in the published prices (unless otherwise stated). Where applicable, it is payable locally; ask our booking department for more information.
It is recommended that you report any personal problems due to your state of health, disability or anything else that may in any way make it difficult or impossible for your holiday to run smoothly. If this is not the case, we accept no responsibility for the services provided and therefore no request for partial or total refund will be considered.
In the event of a delay, please notify the reception of the booked accommodation directly. We advise you to carefully follow the internal rules of each individual structure, check before your departure the times of the reception, the restaurant, the swimming pool, and any useful information for your stay that we cannot provide you with because they vary for each structure. Please note that not all the structures accept credit and debit cards to pay for any extras. Structures with wheelchair-accessible rooms are not necessarily also equipped, we advise you to check when making your request.
