Description

The residence is located in the heart of the village, very convenient for reaching the beach and as a starting point for pleasant walks and excursions in the surrounding area. The flats are modernly furnished and functionally designed and have all the necessary amenities for a comfortable holiday. It has reception, lift, internet point, parking. The property is divided into three buildings:
Casa Giada is located in the characteristic old town, approximately 50/100 m from the sea. The flats are in a typical Ligurian building, renovated, with reception, free wi-fi, lift.
The Sailors' House is located in the pedestrian area, near the church of Santa Croce, in the eastern village, only 50 m from the sea.
The Fishermen's House, typically Ligurian, is located in the west village approximately 30 m from the sea.
Apartaments have Sat tv, safe, hair dryer, oven, kitchenette, wi-fi, electric stove, washing machine, air conditioning.

Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, the first supply is given on arrival, subsequent supplies are charged for.
Final cleaning, excluding the kitchenette, which is the responsibility of the client.

The fee does not include

Tourist tax to be paid on the spot, if foreseen.
Deposit € 100,00.
Linen changing € 10,00 (possibility to use your own linen brought from home).
Heating according to consumption.

Position

The facilities are approximately 50/100 m from the sea, centrally located and within walking distance of bars and shops.

Check-in from 4 p.m. (please advise for arrivals after 6.30).
Check-out by 10 a.m.
Electric or hybrid car charging at the Cielo & mare residence, same management approximately 2 km away.
