The unique setting of this establishment, the only 5-star luxury hotel on the Portofino Coast, has inspired a return to the elegance of the late 1900s when the international 'Beau Monde' gathered in this splendid place. Unique in its style, it retains an authentic charm with all the comforts of luxury.
With 119 rooms, all renovated, most featuring bathtubs and showers, offering bright and elegant environments, rich in period antique furnishings.
Each room boasts high-quality parquet flooring, original furniture, elegant paneling, antiqued mirrors, romantic canopies, authentic paintings, and cozy vintage sofas and armchairs.
The rooms are equipped with direct phone, minibar, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning active approximately from 1/6 to 30/09, at the discretion of the management, wi-fi, slippers, bathrobe. The junior suites have a small living room, while the classic suites and the deluxe ones have a separate living room.
The outdoor spaces available have been enhanced and increased: 12 new balconies complement the wide range of rooms overlooking the bays of Rapallo or Portofino, granting the exclusivity of an unparalleled view, sipping on a delicious cappuccino or an inviting cocktail.
Recently, a beautiful new Spa has been opened in the hotel, the Eden Spa - fitness & wellness, to offer guests magical moments of pure relaxation, with an indoor swimming pool with heated water and a hot tub, two saunas, two steam baths, a sea-view gym with modern equipment, a dedicated area for massages, personalized face/body treatments, hairdresser, Aquagym and numerous other activities.

To the Beach Club (terraces gradually descend to the sea reaching a rock platform): cabin with shared changing facilities, two sun loungers and a sun umbrella for each double room.
In the Wellness area, the fitness area and the approximately 8 m x 4 m heated indoor pool with whirlpool.
Parking free of charge according to availability on arrival.
Air conditioning available approximately from 01/06 to 30/09 depending on weather conditions.

The fee does not include

Garage on request to be paid on site approximately € 20,00 per day.
Small and medium pets, maximum one per room, with payment on the spot of approximately € 15.00 per night. Pets are not allowed in the common areas. They can access the beach in a dedicated and equipped area with a surcharge to be paid on the spot of approximately € 30.00 per day.
Treatments and massages in the wellness area accessible via a covered passageway, with a gym overlooking the sea.
Electric bicycles according to availability can be rented at the Hotel with payment on site € 18,00 approximately per bicycle for 5 hours.
Scooters according to availability can be rented at the hotel with payment on the spot € 85,00 approximately per scooter fo 5 hours.

Position

Located in an enchanting position only 500 m from the centre of Rapallo and a few steps from the sea with a splendid view of the Tigullio Gulf.

Half board possible for lunch and dinner with a choice of 3 courses from the à la carte menu.
The hotel has two restaurants, the 'Lord Byron' open all year round and the 'Eden Rock Lounge & Restaurant' open approximately from June to September. Also available to guests is the Yachting Bar with a wonderful panoramic terrace open all year round and the Sporting Bar open in the summer season
The Beach Club extending on several terraces all equipped with sunbeds, it features two outdoor
infinity pools (one with whirlpool loungers), three Jacuzzis, access to the private beach by staircase.
Next to the pool Guests find the Sporting Bar, and near is the Eden Roc Lounge & Restaurant.
Two outdoor panoramic swimming pools, one of which is heated and open from the spring period. Both with free sunbeds and umbrellas according to availability (weather permitting). Until 31/05 the pools are unsupervised and partially equipped.
The bathing complex is connected to the hotel by a short walk, crossing gardens and terraces that descend gradually towards the sea, until reaching an equipped rock platform, from the beginning of June to approximately the end of September.

Scooter rent (upon availability), about € 85,00 per scooter for maximum 5 hours.
Recently inaugurated, Eden Spa - Fitness & Wellness offers a new indoor pool with heated water, a whirlpool area, waterfalls, a mirrored dome, a traditional Turkish bath, one with Mediterranean essences, a Finnish sauna, and a soft sauna. Entrance is free and includes the provision of a towel and a small tea corner. Treatments will have additional costs visible on site.
