Located in Chiavari's charming medieval old town, Hotel Monterosa, renovated in 2021, has been professionally and passionately managed by the historic Bacigalupo family since 1909.

Description

The hotel is located in the heart of Chiavari's historic centre, just 500 m from the sea and beaches, separated from the coast only by a short, pleasant walk through the centuries-old porticoes with ancient shops and typical boutiques. The location is strategic and the atmosphere relaxed and familiar. Managed by the Bacigalupo family for generations, it is equipped with every comfort an outdoor terrace, a bar and a swimming pool with ample outdoor space, a Jacuzzi and a children's area. Rooms have direct dial phone, mini bar, Sat Tv, safe, hair dryer, air conditioning, wi-fi, courtesy tray.
The hotel is accessible for people with disabilities, regarding the reception, the floors related to some rooms, and the one related to the internal breakfast restaurant. There are some steps to access the terrace. Access to the pool area (during the season at scheduled times) is possible through the ancient portal of the hotel without steps.

The hotel is committed to waste separation, paying attention to the disposal of each department of the hotel and providing specific bins on guest floors. Reducing plastic has been a priority for us, equipping the rooms with refillable soap dispensers instead of single-use packages. Towel changes occur at the request of guests and not daily to avoid waste.
