Description

Baveno is a small gem overlooking Lake Maggiore, elegant yet peaceful, perfect for those seeking relaxation with a touch of authentic beauty. It is located right opposite the famous Borromean Islands, which you can easily reach by boat: an unmissable excursion among historic palaces and spectacular gardens. The lakeside is the heart of the town: well-kept, full of flowers, and with an open view of the water and mountains. Here you can take a walk at sunset, stop at a bar, or simply enjoy the relaxed atmosphere typical of Lake Maggiore. Baveno is also famous for its pink granite, used in important monuments throughout Italy, and for the historic villas set in greenery, which tell of an elegant and somewhat aristocratic past. Compared to the nearby Stresa, Baveno is quieter and less crowded, ideal if you want to avoid mass tourism without giving up beauty.
The Simplon Hotel, owned by the Zacchera family, is a facility particularly suitable for vacations with family, but not only.

Hotel Simplon offers different types of rooms, all meticulously cared for and elegantly furnished. Guests can choose the one that best meets their needs; being very bright and spacious and equipped with every comfort, they offer a splendid view of Lake Maggiore or the Alpine slopes. Some are enhanced with a balcony or a terrace. They have a bathroom or shower, direct telephone, minibar, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning from about 06/15 to 09/15, Wi-Fi (1 gigabyte per day free)

For cancellations made from the 7th to the 4th day before arrival, a 50% penalty applies.
For cancellations made from the 3rd day until arrival, a 100% penalty applies.
