It is an ideal starting point for visiting Imperia and spending pleasant days exploring the nearby Ligurian coastal towns and the Cote d'Azur, or for discovering a hinterland dotted with fascinating medieval villages. It has 32 flats, reception with safe deposit box, bar, lounge area, garden, terrace, children's play area, garage and car park.
The apartments have satellite TV, hairdryer, kitchenette with fridge and electric stove. Air conditioning and heating according to local standards.

Approximately 1,2 km from the sea and the private beach, 800 m from the centre with shops and restaurants.

14 x 7 m freshwater pool, open about from 31/5 to 15/9 (weather permitting), sunbeds according to availability. Children's area with small pool.
