The Residence is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Ligurian Riviera. A Mediterranean-style residential complex, located in a quiet green area in the Gulf of Diano Marina.
Description

The residence is a Mediterranean-style residential complex located in a very private and quiet green area in the heart of the Gulf of Diano Marina. The apartments, located in groups of terraced villas and partly renovated, are located in a well-kept context, so as to reproduce the charming Ligurian villages. They are comfortable and have a balcony, terrace or private garden. At the guests' disposal there is a bar, a restaurant at about 400 m, a launderette and ironing facilities, and a pay car park (according to availability). Contributing to an even more relaxing stay is a well-kept garden with a children's play area.
Swimming pool GV Sport, nearby 450 meters, open from june to september from 10:00 until 19:00.
Solarium 300 square m.
Apartments have kitchenette with fridge, gas stove with 4 plates, heating, air conditioning,  microwave.

The fee includes
  • Cot within the maximum number of occupants allowed in the apartment, on request, free of charge.

The fee does not include

  • Deposit € 150,00 (in cash) per apartment.
  • Entrance swimming pool, to be paid on the spot.
  • Parking space on request, with payment on the spot € 25,00 per week.
  • Garage on request, with payment on the spot € 30,00 per week.
  • Consumption forfait (including gas, electricity, water, bed, bath and kitchen linen with weekly change, air conditioning, heating and final cleaning) of € 25,00 per person per week, also for stays of less than 7 nights.
  • The cleaning of the kitchen is charged to guests.
  • Small pets are allowed, maximum one per flat, to be paid on the spot € 36,00 per week.
  • Beach with special rates for residence's guests according to availability and payment on the spot.

Position

In a quiet location, approximately 900 m from the sea and 700 m from the centre of San Bartolomeo. Shops are approximately 500 m away and the Diano Marina railway station is approximately 5 km away.

  • Check in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. (notify reception in case of late arrival).
  • Check out by 10 a.m.
  • Restaurant with special rates, at about 400 m.
  • Tennis, according to availability, ad uso gratuito.
  • Bicycle hire according to availability, free of charge.
  • Supplementary bed not possible.
