The residence, composed of 22 aparments, is located in a late 19th century patrician house that was completely renovated in 2013 and is surrounded by a private park with century-old trees. The structure is located in the most panoramic and elegant area of the city, approximately 100 m from the centre and 800 from the sea. It enjoys a magnificent view over the Gulf of Imperia and has a swimming pool, and a private parking area.
The apartments have a bathroom with bathtub or shower, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, wifi, air conditioning, heating, minibar. The kitchenette has an induction hob and fridge with freezer.

Located approximately 100 m from the city centre, and approximately 800 m from the beach. The Museum of Contemporary Art of Imperia is approximately an 8-minute walk away, the Naval Museum of Imperia is a 9-minute walk away, the Basilica of San Maurizio is approximately a 10-minute walk away. Villa Grock and the Olive Tree Museum are approximately half an hour away.

Late check out can be arranged subject to availability and payment of a supplement (the amount may vary). Express check out is possible.
