Description

The Miriam residence, partly renovated in 2023, is located in the eastern part of the town of Pietra Ligure and consists of 2 buildings located in the same large garden. The residence has reception, bar living area, lift, Tv room, garden, children playground, sun terrace, air conditioning, wi-fi.
The flats are of various types and sizes, renovated, equipped with a kitchenette with induction hob, located in two buildings served by a lift, modernly furnished and with all comforts. The agreed bathing establishment is within walking distance.
Apartments equipped by direct dial phone, digital Tv, safe, fridge with freezer, induction cooker rings, wi-fi, oven, air conditioning, hair drier.

The residence is located approximately 150 m from the sea and the beach, approximately 1,2 km from the village centre and approximately 100 m from the shops.

Check-in from 3 p.m. fo 6 p.m.
Arrivals until 9 p.m. are possible on request, paying a difference of € 35,00 on the spot.
Check-out from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Check-out before 9 a.m. is possible on request.
Outdoor freshwater swimming pool open from May to September (weather permitting), 19 m x 5 m with whirlpool area.
The 2-room apartments for 4 persons Superior Plus and 3-room apartments for 8 persons Superior Plus have 2 televisions.
