Description

The Residence Pian dei Boschi is the ideal place for those who love the sea, nature and freedom. The atmosphere is typical of a holiday village; you can relax and have fun with family, friends or couples, enjoying both nature and the proximity to the sea. Close to the most renowned mountain biking, trekking and climbing routes, it also satisfies the needs of the most sporty. Within the village area, divided into two buildings, there are fully furnished one- and two-room flats with various amenities, with terrace/balcony or garden. One of the buildings is equipped with a lift and is conveniently located close to all amenities (swimming pool, restaurant, bar renovated, pizzeria, fitness area and reception). The other is centrally located overlooking the swimming pool and has two-room flats with a garden and others with a terrace, equipped with tables and chairs.
Apartments have shower-wc, cupboard-kitchen, induction or gas stove (2/3 fires), fridge, let TV, safe, balcony or private equipped external place. Some apartments with air conditioning on request free of charge to be indicated in the reservation. The type mobile home is comfortable, functional and tastefully furnished : it has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds, bathrooms with shower and the living room with kitchenette, TV, Air-conditioning. Outside, wooden veranda equipped with table and chairs.

The fee includes

Consumption of gas, electricity, water.
Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen changed weekly.
Baby cot (Not more than the maximum number of people allowed) and high chair on request, without linen.
One parking space per flat.

Free shuttle bus to and from the village at set times, available approximately from 16/05 to 20/09.
SPECIAL OFFER: from 18-5 till 22-5 included; from 25-5 till 29-5 included, from 03-06 till 05-06 included; from 08-06 till 12-06 included; from 07-09 till 11-09 included; from 14-9 till 18-09 included, monday/friday: for stays of minimum 1 week: 2 deckchairs, 1 sunshade, shuttle service per apartment included. Saturday and monday, and for other period, beach services to be paid on the spot, at convenient price for guests.

The fee does not include

Tourist tax to be paid on the spot, if foreseen.
Deposit of € 200,00 (only cash).
Final cleaning if not carried out by guests, € 50,00 for one-room apartments, € 70,00 for two-room apartments for 4 persons, € 70,00 for mobilhomes.
Small pets, only on request, € 50,00 per stay with payment on the spot. Only some aparments are allocated to guests with pets.

Position

Quiet and residential area, approximately 1 km from the centre, bars and shops and approximately 700 m from the beaches of Pietra Ligure.

Check in from 4.30 p.m.(after 7.00 p.m. please notify reception).
Check out from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
In the event of departures outside these hours, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer (excluding charges) at the end of the season.
The restaurant/pizzeria is located within the village and offers customers simple dishes prepared with fresh Ligurian products from the Mediterranean Sea and the local countryside tended with love and dedication by local farmers.
The pizzas are prepared with long rising dough and baked strictly in a wood-fired oven.
A convenient Take Away service is available at both the Restaurant and the Pizzeria.
The take-away service is available every day at lunch and dinner by reservation on the spot by telephone.
Table service is only available from 19:00 preferably by reservation.
The residence's bathing area is located approximately 900 m from the village and offers an excellent service, for which booking is recommended. It is advisable to contact the Pian dei Boschi reception to make a reservation. The residence provides a free shuttle bus to and from the village at set times, from 16/5 to 20/09. Inside the establishment there is a small, modern kiosk bar (cold table) ideal for breakfast and lunch in absolute tranquillity prepared with zero-kilometre products.
Olympic-sized freshwater pool, open from about 09/5 till about 12/10, close from 1,30 pm to 3,00 pm, approximately 25 m x 10 m, and a small shallow pool for children with a large solarium. Deck chairs and sun umbrellas are free of charge according to availability. For hygienic reasons, it is compulsory to enter the pools barefoot and go through the footbaths, wear a swimming cap, and shower before entering the water.
Laundry room equipped with three 10 kg industrial washing machines available 24 hours a day.
Tennis court to be reserved, free of charge.
Free table tennis.
Animation and musical entertainment in July and August by a team of entertainers.
