The structure consists of a main building, the Palazzo, and independent villas set amidst extensive gardens, in the north-eastern part of Lake Lugano, in Porlezza. The Palazzo has a reception with wi-fi. Nearby there is limited parking and numerous services and activities including an open-air Italian restaurant, a café with lake views, a cosmopolitan bar, the main reception, and an accessible beach. Bicycle paths wind throughout the park, where there is ample space for children and a mini-golf course. The resort has air conditioning and a lift, only in the main building, a garden in the villa area, wi fi in the communal areas. The Village is located in the tree-lined park of Porto Letizia. It has a public park by the lake and guests can use the public beach, with payment on site, and all water activities for both adults and young guests.
