The residence is on several levels in an area of approximately 18,000 square metres, overlooking the hills of Porto Maurizio, in a magical setting of green olive groves and blue sea and sky. Guests can enjoy all the comforts and services for relaxation and sport.
There are two swimming pools and, for those who love bike rides, a bike depot, a bike repair point, and other cycling-related services. The hotel has a reception, bar (open during the day at the Management's discretion), garden, sun terrace, wi-fi and air conditioning, children's playground, free shuttle bus on request.
Apartments with shower, Sat Tv with 6 channels, kitchenette with fridge and freezer, microwave, gas stove with 4 fires, air conditioning, heating, dish washer, equipped garden or balcony.

The fee includes

The fee does not include

Tourist tax to be paid on the spot, if foreseen.
Deposit: € 150,00 (cash only). In case of late check-in or if the reception is closed, a copy of the credit card will be requested as guarantee. Otherwise the deposit will be returned by bank transfer, minus the cost.
Compulsory parking: €18.00 per day, not necessarily near the apartment.

Pets allowed on request, € 15,00 per day per pet, max 3 little size, 2 medium size, 1 large size. Access to the swimming pool and spa is prohibited. Vaccination certificate, leash in common areas are compulsory. It is forbidden to leave the animal in the room alone.

About 4 km from the centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio and 6 km from Imperia Oneglia, shops and grocery shops are approximately 1 km away. The sea is approximately 3,5 km away.

Check-in from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Arrivals after 19:00 are possible following arrangements with reception.
Check-out from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Departures after 10:00 a.m. are possible by leaving credit card details at reception.
Private beach with special prices for guests of the Residence.
