Varazze is a lively town with a colourful historic centre full of shops and bars and a beautiful promenade that extends to the stunning Lungomare Europa cycle path, a former railway line about 11 km long that connects it to Arenzano via Cogoleto. The route winds its way between white and dark cliffs, tunnels and small coves. There is a rich calendar of sporting, cultural and food and wine events.
