“OliOliva” Olive Oil Festival 2026

An unmissable event in the heart of Imperia, where the historic center is transformed into a vibrant culinary journey dedicated to the excellence of Ligurian extra virgin olive oil.

Throughout the festival, the streets and squares come alive with food and wine stands, themed workshops, guided tastings, and meetings with local producers and olive mill owners, offering visitors an immersive experience filled with authentic flavors and regional traditions.

The undisputed star of the event is Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil, the symbol of Western Liguria, accompanied by a rich selection of traditional Ligurian specialties including pesto, focaccia, olives, cheeses, and many other local delicacies.

The program also features cultural events and activities designed for both adults and families, making it a unique opportunity to discover Imperia through its history, coastal charm, and gastronomic heritage.

OliOliva is much more than a festival—it is a sensory journey into the culture of olive oil and the most authentic identity of Liguria.
